It's always easier to not eat something than to work it off later. Humans are basically chemistry. Anyone can lose weight. Obviously. You just need to consume fewer calories. But the method I'm recommending doesn't focus on that. You can eat as much as you want, but there's one condition: don't drink with your meals, because that dilutes your stomach acid. Wait a few hours, and when you feel thirsty, then drink, but not too much. But this method won't actually make you thirsty after eating. You'll see. For millions of years, mammals ate either this or that.
So, what's the secret? You can eat as much as you like, and after a while, your body won't overeat anyway, it will sense when it's had enough, and the feeling of hunger will disappear after you've consumed enough food. In six months, if you follow my advice, you'll reach your ideal weight and the right level of food intake. Obviously, for someone who starts out very overweight, it will take longer, but it's guaranteed to work for everyone.
So, never mix protein and carbohydrates, think about it! When food enters the stomach, carbohydrates and proteins require different chemical substances to break them down. However, these substances neutralize each other. What's the consequence? What we see: lots of overweight people. Moreover, this is also a root cause of many diseases. Many harmful substances are created, toxins, and these poison the body and cause illnesses. This doesn't happen with other species, except maybe dogs, because they all consume food the way evolution created them. But dogs are now fed the same way as humans. That's why there are many degenerate, sick animals among them too.
In practice: One day, eat only carbohydrates, the next day, only protein. This way, you'll feel incredibly good, your well-being will improve, you'll reach your ideal weight, and you'll be resistant to all diseases. Obviously, the ones that aren't hereditary.
How does this work? Let's say at noon, when it's a protein day, eat meat with a vegetable side dish or a fruit side dish. Vegetables and fruits are neutral, so you can eat them with anything, so you can still enjoy the flavors and your diet will be varied.
Now, let's see what you can eat and when. The biggest idiot in the world was the one who said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's a lie. Let's look at the human body divided into daily periods. So, there's the elimination period, from about six in the morning until noon. At 12 o'clock, the intake period begins. This is when you should consume, obviously, protein on one day and carbohydrates on the other. As I said, with a vegetable or fruit side dish. You don't have to be too precise, but for overweight individuals, the given substance should be dominant. So, at least 95% should be either one or the other. Dinner should have the same composition as lunch. If you feel hungry before dinner or before going to sleep, you can get rid of it by drinking. You can do it differently, too. If you eat a lot at once, your stomach expands. At the next meal, more food will fit in. So, the feeling of hunger will only disappear when you consume even more food. Even if you're overweight, but for a few days, or a maximum of a month, if you always eat small amounts, your stomach will shrink again and regain its original size. For example, at noon, don't eat the soup and the main course at the same time, leave a few hours between them. This way, your stomach will never be too burdened, and you won't have to separate protein and carbohydrates so drastically. So, several times a day, small portions. That's the key.
